Job summary

Specialty Granules LLC in the United States seeks a maintenance reliability professional to lead FRACAS, PM optimization, lubrication and asset care for critical production equipment. You will drive root-cause analysis, safeguard OEE, and coordinate PM routes, NDT and precision maintenance in a heavy industrial setting.

You will manage KPI tracking, work with cross-functional teams, and develop workforce plans to sustain world-class maintenance practices and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in heavy industrial setting, mining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance, reliability best practices, and FMEA processes.
• Experience turning a reactive environment into a proactive one with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage FRACAS process, weekly downtime reporting, and monthly meetings with action plans.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, criticality assessments, routes, NDT and precision maintenance.
• Lead lubrication programs and improve asset OEE; develop action plans for crushers, screens, and mobile equipment.
• Audit and improve maintenance workflows, KPI tracking, and team workforce development.
