Job summary

Specialty Granules LLC in Kremlin, OK is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to lead the strategic objectives for environmental, health, safety, asset capability, quality and production reliability. You will design and refine asset management plans, oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance processes.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
3+ years in heavy industrial setting, mining preferred.
Experience implementing reliability best practices and transforming a reactive environment into proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

Manage FRACAS process with weekly downtime reporting and monthly FRACAS meetings.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, PM optimization, criticality assessments, and NDT.
Direct lubrication program to improve OEE of critical assets.
Develop action plans for cleaning up machine lubrication on crushers, screeners, and mobile equipment.
Maintain KPIs for department and audit maintenance practices to improve performance.
Develop and document maintenance workflows (work requests, orders, planning, scheduling).
