Job summary
HCL Global Systems Inc. in Durham, NC is seeking an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to join the Compute management team. This role focuses on improving automation, observability, and promoting DevOps and EngOps practices to ensure the stability and security of our environment.
You will collaborate with engineering and operations leaders, handling on-call incidents and infrastructure improvements to drive reliable, scalable systems.
Qualifications
- 7+ years IT experience across server/storage infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and/or Linux (RedHat / Ubuntu).
- Disk storage management expertise; SAN/NAS/CAS infra a significant plus.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or OLVM).
- On-call coverage and incident management experience.

We are seeking a talented OS & HW Infrastructure Administrator to join our Compute management team.
As a key member of the Reliability & Operations team, you will continuously evaluate opportunities for automation, improve observability, promote DevOps and EngOps practices, and ensure the stability and security of our environment.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
