Job summary

Lumecg is seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead multi-staged deployments within large enterprise and pension environments. The role requires coordinating with IT and business leadership across platforms, ensuring change control, and delivering robust rollback plans.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years across Middleware and Infrastructure, proficiency with TFS, and familiarity with Neospin and pension IT processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or 10+ years in code deployment and release environments.
• 36+ months hands-on release management, environment support, or batch execution in large enterprise or pension settings.
• 3+ years across various platforms (Applications Middleware and Infrastructure) in the last 10 years.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Team Foundation Server to manage versions/releases.
• Experience designing rollback and recovery for batches/deployments in large projects in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of pension administration and related business functions.
• Familiarity with Neospin Sagitec solution and previous Neospin implementations.
• Experience with pension industry COTS products, preferring Neospin framework.
• Coordinate with remote data centers and disaster recovery sites.
• Plan and coordinate performance testing activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
• Demonstrate leadership and analytical skills.
• Collaborate with technical staff and other project managers.
• Develop detailed technical project schedules.
• PMI/ PMP or equivalent certification.
