Job summary

MARICI Solutions GmbH in Englewood Cliffs, NJ seeks a Senior Release Manager & DevOps to own end-to-end release planning and CI/CD automation. This role requires strong hands-on experience with AWS, Jenkins, Groovy scripting, and deployment automation, with emphasis on cross-functional coordination.

Final round in person; 3 days a week in the office is mandatory, with collaboration across Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, and Infra teams to deliver reliable software releases.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of Release Management / DevOps experience.
• Hands-on Jenkins experience.
• Strong Groovy scripting skills.
• Experience creating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS and cloud deployments.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software release planning, coordination, and production deployments.
• Coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Infrastructure teams.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, blockers, and Go/No-Go activities.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Groovy.
• Support application deployments and release activities across AWS environments.
• Drive deployment automation and continuous improvement of release processes.
• Coordinate hotfixes, rollback activities, and post-release validation.
• Provide release status and risk updates to technical and business stakeholders.
