Job summary

Ztek Consulting INC is seeking an experienced Release Manager in Charlotte, NC. You will forward plan release windows and cycles across a portfolio, manage risks, and ensure deployments are delivered on time and within budget.

You will coordinate release content, communicate plans, and collaborate across teams, conducting readiness reviews, producing deployment plans, and leading go-live activities while driving continual improvements to the release process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in release management.

Responsibilities

• Forward plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio.
• Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
• Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog and third party updates.
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements and schedules.
• Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities including deployment plans and checklists.
• Participate in CAB meetings to discuss release scope and roadblocks.
