Job summary

BIP US in Chicago is seeking a Senior Release Engineer for Capital Markets to lead end-to-end SFRC release builds across environments, ensuring readiness through testing, dependency validation, staging, and implementation planning.

You will act as deputy to Release Manager, drive automation of CI/CD pipelines, coordinate across Dev, QA, Infra, Data, and Production Support, and contribute to go/no-go decisions and risk remediation.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Release Management or Change Enablement experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD tooling and automation is required.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the preparation, packaging, validation, and deployment of SFRC release builds across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
  • Coordinate release activities across Development, QA, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Production Support and Business teams.
  • Validate that all Release Requests have completed testing, approvals, and readiness checks before inclusion in a release.
  • Perform dependency analysis to identify release conflicts and deployment constraints.
  • Conduct staging-readiness assessments and ensure prepared rollback procedures and operational support.
  • Support Release Review meetings with status updates, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
  • Contribute to Go/No-Go decisions by validating technical readiness and testing outcomes.
  • Develop and improve release automation, CI/CD pipelines, deployment tools, and procedures.

Position Summar

yResponsible for the end-to-end preparation, validation, and deployment of Strategic Full Revaluation Capability (SFRC) release builds across multiple environments. This role ensures release readiness through the coordination of testing, dependency validation, staging checks, and implementation planning

The individual acts as the deputy to the Release Manager, supporting release governance, requirements coordination, Go/No-Go assessments, and production implementation activities while driving automation, reliability, and continuous improvement of the release process
