Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Release Manager to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across our product portfolio built on .NET, React, and PHP. You will connect engineering, QA, and operations to plan releases, strengthen CI/CD, and ensure predictable, low-risk deployments in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

You will lead release readiness reviews, enforce quality gates with Selenium and Playwright, and help drive automation and AI-assisted improvements across environments and pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in release management or build/release engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Experience with automation testing integrated into release pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning and coordination across teams and services.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Define release strategies across PHP, .NET, and React codebases.
• Enforce quality gates with Selenium and Playwright tests.
• Coordinate deployments across dev, staging, and production environments.
