Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Release Engineer to connect engineering, QA, and operations—planning releases, hardening CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring deployments are predictable and low-risk.

Our stack includes .NET, React, and PHP, deployed via Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, with automated QA using Selenium and Playwright. You will drive automation and AI-assisted improvements across releases at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in release management, DevOps, or build/release engineering.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Experience with .NET, React, PHP and release automation.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning across teams with schedules and go/no-go criteria.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Manage branching and versioning across PHP, .NET, and React.
• Enforce quality gates using Selenium and Playwright in pipelines.
• Coordinate deployments across environments and manage rollback procedures.
• Drive release readiness reviews and track open work in Azure DevOps Boards.
• Maintain release notes, change logs, and audit trails for compliance.
• Collaborate with dev, QA, security, and infra to improve cycle time and frequency.
• Establish and report on release metrics to drive improvements.
• Champion repeatable, self-service deployments.
