Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Release Engineer to own the end-to-end release lifecycle across our product portfolio. You will connect engineering, QA, and operations to plan releases, harden CI/CD pipelines, and enforce quality gates for low-risk deployments.

You will work with .NET, React, and PHP stacks deployed via Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, with Selenium and Playwright automated coverage. AI-assisted automation will be expected to optimize releases and QA processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in release management, DevOps, or build/release engineering, with senior/lead experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps Pipelines/Repos/Boards/Artifacts and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• Strong branching and versioning strategy knowledge across multiple languages/runtimes.
• Experience integrating automated testing (Selenium and Playwright) into release pipelines as gates.
• Familiarity with .NET, React, PHP stacks and deployment patterns (blue/green, canary, rolling).
• Excellent cross-functional communication and go/no-go coordination during releases or incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own release planning across multiple teams and services with schedules, cut-off dates, freeze windows, and go/no-go criteria.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub Actions for build, test, artifact, and deployment stages.
• Manage branching, versioning, and release strategies across PHP, .NET, and React codebases.
• Define and enforce quality gates by integrating Selenium and Playwright into pipelines.
• Coordinate deployments across dev, staging, and production and manage rollback procedures.
