Job summary

A leading energy consulting firm is seeking a Relay Testing Specialist to provide expertise in onsite and remote testing of protection and control equipment. This role will involve working with specialized engineers and includes responsibilities like creating test plans, troubleshooting and conducting witness testing on various devices. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of relevant experience in relay testing. This position allows for remote work with 50% domestic travel required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in relay testing and onsite work.
• Familiar with protection and control drawings including single lines, three lines, and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with ability to drive and travel across the US.

Responsibilities

• Support remote or onsite testing activities throughout the US with a focus in Texas.
• Create test plans, perform onsite testing, and generate testing reports.
• Perform onsite or remote witness testing and troubleshooting of various devices.
