Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is seeking an experienced relationship coach for fully remote work. You will provide 1:1 and group coaching, guiding clients through marital conflicts and emotional dynamics with structured frameworks.

The role focuses on high-emotional impact coaching, accountability, and client outcomes. Experience with couples coaching and relevant certifications are highly valued, with opportunities for growth and leadership collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation.
Excellent verbal communication and the ability to explain complex emotional dynamics clearly.
Comfortable leading group discussions and maintaining authority in difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on marriage dynamics and personal accountability.
Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with structure and proven frameworks.
Track client progress and intervene when needed to ensure retention and outcomes.
Contribute insights to improve coaching frameworks and client outcomes.
