MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is seeking an experienced relationship and marriage coach to guide men through emotional dynamics, conflict resolution, and accountability. This fully remote role emphasizes a results-focused framework and direct client feedback to improve coaching outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background coaching individuals or couples, comfort with high emotional distress, and a disciplined approach to structured coaching processes.

Qualifications

• Proven background coaching individuals or couples through marriage conflict, emotional disconnection, trust breakdown, separation, or reconciliation.
• Comfortable working with clients in high emotional distress - balancing empathy with firmness, challenging avoidance patterns, and maintaining authority in difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver brief and strategic 1:1 and group coaching sessions focused on relational dynamics, emotional regulation, effective communication, and personal accountability.
• Guide clients through emotionally charged situations with clarity, structure, and proven frameworks.
• Help clients move from crisis and confusion to stability, and leadership.
• Track client progress across emotionally complex journeys by identifying resistance patterns and breakthrough moments.
