Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Senior Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong client relationships with plan sponsors and executive leadership. You will lead annual plan reviews, present plan summaries, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize client outcomes and net flow.

You will apply pension industry knowledge, ERISA expertise, and strong communication to educate clients, deliver exceptional service, and support strategic initiatives. Travel up to 25% required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in benefits design, compliance, and implementation.
• Pension experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of ERISA and related legislation.
• Excellent customer service and customer retention skills.
• Ability to manage multiple institutional client relationships independently.
• Strong oral and written communications with presentations on complex information.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6 and 63 required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with plan sponsors' executive management.
• Lead Annual Plan Review and present Plan Summary, updates, and education history.
• Take a leading role at finalist presentations for clients in region.
• Facilitate plan setup and ongoing administration.
• Provide pension knowledge via correspondence, presentations, and consultations.
• Coordinate participant communications with Marketing to drive outcomes.
• Apply modeling and statistics to identify solutions for client outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of retirement space developments and trends.
• Drive client satisfaction and provide references for business development.
• Anticipate client needs and fulfill them where possible.
