Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships across an agricultural lending portfolio.
• Underwrite and service complex credit requests within delegated authority.
• Manage loan portfolio, including compliance and risk mitigation.
• Support business development and promote credit products.
• Serve on committees and provide credit guidance to staff.
