Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships by uncovering client financial needs and recommending products.
• Respond to inquiries with customized banking solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to partners.
• Quote rates, terms and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions using available tools.
• Collaborate with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Educate clients on self-service transactions.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Open accounts and perform maintenance per guidelines.
• Abide by regulatory requirements and weekend scheduling.
