Responsibilities

• Uncover clients' financial needs and recommend best products and solutions.
• Handle inquiries and offer customized banking solutions.
• Present and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Refer licensed sales opportunities to Merrill, Lending, and Small Business teams.
• Quote rates and terms; manage risk in transactions.
• Engage clients with increasingly complex needs and drive cross-sell.
• Collaborate with teams to serve consumer and small business clients.
• Educate and train clients on self-service options.
• Leverage tools to optimize client experience and accuracy.
• Open accounts, maintain, and navigate Digital Assisted Shopping per policy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in client interactions.
