Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years banking experience with lending responsibilities.
• 1 year of training and/or mentorship or management experience.
• Pursuant to SAFE Act, maintain current NMLS registration; obtain active registration upon employment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to other lines of business.
• Open and manage personal and business accounts with accuracy.
• Assist with loan applications and liaise with loan officers.
• Process transactions with high accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and support newer staff and team members.
• Assist with daily branch operations and security.
