The position supports teller duties as needed and requires English fluency. The role involves following branch sales processes, participating in training, and traveling as needed to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service and expand client relationships.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Attend meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Lead sales initiatives within the branch and serve as a resource.
• Deliver courteous, professional service while conducting transactions.
