Role Description

The Senior Relationship Banker is a full-time, on-site role located in Stratford, CT, responsible for building and deepening relationships with consumer and small business clients. This role involves actively engaging with customers to understand their financial goals, recommending appropriate products and services, and providing tailored banking solutions, including deposit accounts, credit cards, loans, and other financial offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting account reviews, managing a portfolio of clients, handling routine transactions, and proactively reaching out to existing and prospective clients through in-branch interactions and outbound contact. The Senior Relationship Banker will collaborate with internal partners to refer clients to specialized services, ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies, and contribute to branch sales targets and service quality standards. The position requires consistent in-person presence to support branch operations, deliver high-quality customer service, and represent Webster Bank in the local community.
