Job summary

You will build relationships, recommend products, and coordinate with specialists while adhering to regulatory requirements. The role requires weekend hours and a notary may be needed in some markets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated sales experience in a client-centric environment.
• Notary commission or ability to obtain within a few months is required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products.
• Respond to customer inquiries with customized banking solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products like checking, savings, cards, CDs, IRAs, and loans.
• Identify needs for licensed sales functions and refer to partners as appropriate.
• Quote rates, terms, and programs; manage risk in transactions.
• Collaborate with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions.
• Educate clients on self-service technologies and digital tools.
• Adhere to processes, laws, and guidelines in daily activities.
• Manage client interactions and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Work weekends or extended hours as needed.
