Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
• Notary commission in state or ability to obtain within a few months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
• Introduce and fulfill banking products (checking, savings, credit cards, CDs, IRAs, loans).
• Refer clients to Merrill, Lending, & Small Business partners for licensed sales opportunities.
• Quote rates, terms and programs for banking solutions.
• Manage risk in transactions using available tools.
• Engage with clients on more complex financial needs leveraging prior experience.
• Collaborate with teams to provide consumer and small business solutions and guide clients through life priorities.
