You will work in a hybrid office setting with collaboration across internal teams, delivering routine and ad hoc analyses to senior management for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in real estate and FP&A.
• Experience in multifamily real estate preferred.
• Proficiency with pivot tables for data reporting and insights.
• Experience creating structured reports using automated tools (PowerQuery, Excel macros, data modeling).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Advanced Excel modeling including projections and scenario analysis.
• Strong financial literacy with ability to interpret income statements and balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, analyzing, and forecasting property financials to support asset plans.
• Develop and maintain Excel models and dashboards for capital allocation decisions.
• Create detailed financial models for capital investments and underwriting projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decisions.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve key objectives.
• Gather and analyze market data for comprehensive market analyses.

Education

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, economics or related field
