The role develops Excel models and Power BI dashboards to guide capital allocations, creates financial projections and underwriting support, and conducts market analyses while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting or economics.
• 2–3 years of FP&A experience.
• Multifamily real estate experience preferred.
• Proficiency with pivot tables for reporting and insights.
• Proficiency with automated reporting toolsets.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
• Advanced Excel modeling including projections and scenario analysis.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to read financial statements.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and data analysis to support the Reinvestment team and forecast financial performance.
• Develop and maintain Excel models and Power BI dashboards for capital allocation decisions.
• Create detailed financial models for capital investments and assist in underwriting projects.
• Analyze market data for comprehensive market analyses of local markets.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to achieve key objectives.
