Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an AVP, Broker in Frisco, TX with a hybrid work model. The role supports the broking team with existing clients and new business development, handling submissions, quotations, and placements for reinsurance and programs.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years in a similar role, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills. CAT modeling experience is advantageous; growth and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably business.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong Excel/Office skills; able to interpret actuarial results with actuaries.
• Proactive, ownership-driven and collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Prepare insurance and reinsurance submissions for new and renewal accounts.
• Support quotations and placement processes for reinsurance/programs.
• Liaise between insurers and reinsurers; manage client service and deadlines.
• Maintain records, monitor progress, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Represent Acrisure Re at meetings, audits, and client events.
• Coordinate with Contracts, claims, operations and finance for account administration.
• Analyze client portfolios with actuarial team to determine needs.
• Develop new relationships and convert new business opportunities.
