Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles; exposure to U.S. Statutory accounting a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; interest in learning reporting and automation tools.
Interest in leveraging modern technologies and AI to transform Finance processes.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a reporting environment.
Curiosity to perform root cause analysis and challenge status quo.
Proactive approach to continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

Prepare and compile high-quality financial information on a U.S. Statutory basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines and review processes.
Support legal entity performance analysis, including variance analysis and trend monitoring.
Assist with period-end close and reporting activities, maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
Execute assigned control activities and maintain documentation within the reporting environment.
Contribute to Finance transformation by identifying process improvements and leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Collaborate with internal partners and global finance teams to support reporting requests.
