Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED - Required.
• Minimum of 8 years - Relevant experience required.
• Relevant experience may be combination of related work experience and degree.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with all staff levels to provide consultative support on reimbursement policies.
• Discusses current and future reimbursement initiatives and impacts on processes.
• Assists with educational presentations and serves as a senior training team member.
• Reviews reimbursement opportunities using statistical reports and coding analyses to assess impact.
• Plans reimbursement strategy and presents reports with recommendations to leadership.
• Creates ad hoc reports to show impact of policy revisions on reimbursement levels.
• Maintains master fee schedules and reviews coding and payment methodologies for compliance.
