Job summary

Anovo is seeking a Reimbursement Supervisor in Memphis, TN to lead specialty pharmacy reimbursement, HUB, and wholesale reimbursement operations. You will supervise daily billing, collections, and cash posting while ensuring adherence to payer requirements and company policies.

Responsibilities include staff training, process improvement, denial management, and collaboration with operations and managed care to optimize reimbursement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in healthcare billing or reimbursement.
• Motivated, people-friendly, organized, and detail oriented.
• No history of dishonesty, workplace violence or trust issues.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willing to work 7am-7pm Mon-Fri as required by Anovo.
• Reliable attendance and timeliness.
• Professional appearance and communication, on phone and in writing.
• Pass drug test and background screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily specialty pharmacy intake/clearance, billing, collections, and call center activities.
• Oversee HUB intake, clearance, and prescription triage operations.
• Supervise wholesale credentialing, invoicing, collections, and cash posting.
• Monitor denials and secondary billing to ensure prompt follow-up.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to payers for services provided.
• Train and mentor staff; create training documents for new drug launches.
• Maintain knowledge of reimbursement ranges and convert post-settlement values.
• Apply company policy on copay waivers and reduced price or free goods.
• Ensure adequate phone coverage during business hours for reimbursement lines.
• Conduct regular call quality audits and reporting.
• Adhere to manufacturers' business rules during daily patient clearance.
• Train staff on manufacturer SOPs and expectations.
• Collaborate with operations and managed care to improve reimbursement results.
• Prepare data for daily dashboard reporting.
• Provide updates on patient statuses in dedicated dashboard meetings.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in interviewing prospective employees and performance discussions.
• Work independently on assigned projects.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
