Job summary

AnovoRx in Memphis is seeking a Reimbursement Supervisor to lead the specialty pharmacy reimbursement and revenue cycle operations, HUB functions, and wholesale reimbursement activities. You will ensure proper contractual reimbursement from insurers, third-party payors, patients, and other customers for services provided.

You will guide and develop staff, enforce policies and procedures, and initiate correspondence to insurance companies for reconsideration of claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in healthcare billing or reimbursement.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily specialty pharmacy intake, HUB, and wholesale billing activities.
• Monitor denials and follow up promptly.
• Ensure timely submission of invoices to payers.
• Mentor and train staff; develop training docs.
• Maintain compliance with drug manufacturer rules.
• Ensure adequate phone coverage during business hours.
• Conduct regular call quality auditing.
• Collaborate with operations and managed care for improvements.
