CareMetx, LLC is seeking a Sr. Reimbursement Case Manager to support patient access and reimbursement workflows. You will collaborate with patients, healthcare providers, and payers to obtain prior authorizations and manage reimbursement cases in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

The role emphasizes patient advocacy, cross-functional communication, and maintaining accurate documentation in our systems, with a focus on timely resolutions and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for providers, patients and product/sales team.
• Handles escalated accounts and issues.
• Coordinates access to therapies and follow up with patients and providers.
• Tracks and follows up on prior authorization and appeal requests.
• Maintains regular contact with provider representatives, payors, and pharmacy staff.
