Greenfield Rehab is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our therapy team at a senior continuum-of-care campus in Janesville, Wisconsin. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered PT services across multiple levels of care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and navigating complex patient presentations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Provide meaningful, functional therapy that helps seniors maintain independence and quality of life.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered PT across multiple levels of care in a senior campus.
