Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful, functional therapy that helps seniors maintain independence and quality of life.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered PT across multiple levels of care in a senior campus.
