Qualifikationen

• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Willingness to supervise an occupational therapy assistant (OT) or a physical therapy assistant (PT).
