Aegis Therapies is hiring a Senior Program Manager for outpatient physical therapy services across multiple settings. The role focuses on leadership, team development, and driving key performance metrics while maintaining hands-on therapy for 40–50% of the time.
Schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekends or evenings. The successful candidate will liaise with Area Managers, supervise staff, and advance the program across assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinics.

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice. Must meet Clinical Competency requirements. Current CPR certification, preferred. As a lead in the building, the Program Manager will treat patients while getting leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for Area Manager.
