Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Senior Director of Rehab to lead multiple Director of Rehab sites while guiding your own home facility team in Hayward, CA. This role blends clinical leadership with operational excellence to ensure high-quality outcomes across rehab disciplines.

You will manage staff, oversee budgets, drive evidence-based care, and develop contracts and partnerships within skilled nursing, outpatient, and home health settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical or Occupational Therapy license in practice state.
• Master's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, or equivalent.
• Three years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rehabilitation services across assigned sites and home care contracts.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise staff performance.
• Ensure evidence-based care and adherence to standards.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial controls.
• Hire therapy staff in collaboration with Clinical Operations Area Director.
• Prepare and review monthly facility reports.
