Job summary

Powerback seeks a Senior Director of Rehab to lead rehabilitation services across assigned accounts, mentoring DORs and ensuring high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes profitability, compliance, and strategic growth in a multi-site setting.

The ideal candidate holds a PT license in the U.S., an advanced PT degree, and substantial management experience, with a track record of improving clinical outcomes and program performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent).
• Graduate degree in a PT-related field with PT undergrad is acceptable.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with 5+ years of direct PT/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DORs in assigned accounts with orientation, mentoring and training.
• Provide direct patient care.
• Monitor clinical services quality and ensure ethical, compliant delivery.
• Manage rehabilitation services efficiently and profitably across DOR accounts.
• Ensure highest standards of rehab services are maintained.
• Oversee annual performance appraisals of therapy staff.

Education

Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field + Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience
