Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Rehab Manager III to oversee Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Athletic Therapy clinics. You will manage daily clinic operations, staffing, and ensure regulatory compliance across care and documentation while coordinating with the Rehab Business Office team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PT/OT/SLP or related field.
• State license in Michigan for PT/OT/SLP.
• 3+ years in a leadership role in a Rehabilitation clinic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Athletic Therapy clinics.
• Manage insurance authorizations/denials and clinical workflow.
• Lead staffing, coaching, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure regulatory standards for clinical care, billing, and documentation are met.
• Prepare and manage annual Rehab Department budget and financial performance.
• Report monthly statistics to the Director and participate in leadership meetings.
