Job summary

Madison-Davis, LLC seeks an experienced Regulatory Reporting professional to support preparation, review, and governance of regulatory filings across banking entities.

Work with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Risk to ensure accurate, timely reporting while supporting governance, change management, and reporting controls. Strong US GAAP knowledge and FR reporting exposure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of regulatory reporting experience within banking, financial services, or advisory environments.
• Experience preparing or reviewing key regulatory reports (e.g., FR Y-15, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031/002/009/019, FR 2644, FR 2900, TIC Reports, BE-605/15/125).
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience reconciling regulatory filings to the general ledger and performing variance analysis.
• Knowledge of banking products (loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, repos, money market).
• Axiom regulatory reporting platform experience strongly preferred.
• Alteryx/Power BI or similar tools preferred.
• CPA/CFA or other certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for reporting production and governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory reports filed with Federal Reserve, FFIEC, U.S. Treasury, and Commerce.
• Perform reconciliations between regulatory filings and the general ledger; conduct variance analysis and data validation.
• Support governance activities, including committee coordination and change management.
• Monitor regulatory reporting instruction changes and ensure compliance.
• Maintain and enhance reporting procedures, controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Audit and stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and inquiries.
• Assist with QA, governance reviews, and control enhancements.
• Support reporting process improvements and implementation of reporting technologies like Axiom.
• Analyze financial products (loans, deposits, securities, derivatives, repos, money market) for reporting purposes.
• Manage multiple reporting deliverables and deadlines.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

4+ years of regulatory reporting experience

Strong understanding of US GAAP and regulatory reporting frameworks

Experience reconciling regulatory filings to GL
