Job summary

Primergy Solar LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Policy Manager to guide regulatory and wholesale market policy priorities across major U.S. energy markets. You will monitor proceedings, analyze market developments, and translate complex regulatory changes into actionable business strategies for an expanding solar and energy storage portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Public Policy (MPP), Public Administration (MPA), Energy Policy, Economics, MBA, or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze regulatory proceedings, rulemakings, filings, and decisions before FERC, state Public Utility Commissions, and other bodies.
• Assess the commercial and operational impacts of regulatory developments on the company’s portfolio and development pipeline.
• Prepare regulatory intelligence reports, policy briefings, and executive-level recommendations for leadership.
• Support regulatory filings, comments, testimony, and stakeholder engagement activities as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to influence market rules and policies that enhance market access and investment certainty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess financial and operational implications of proposed market reforms.
• Represent the company in regulatory workshops, meetings, and industry forums.
