Job summary

Nautilus Solar Energy is seeking a Policy Manager to support legislative, regulatory, and political engagement across priority markets. Fully remote, reporting to the Policy Director, you will develop policy strategy, monitor developments, and provide strategic analysis to support government affairs objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Policy or related field.
• 3–5 years of government affairs, public policy, or regulatory experience.
• Experience with state legislatures, regulatory commissions, or public agencies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor legislative, regulatory, and political developments across priority markets (Northeast focus).
• Analyze proposed legislation and regulatory filings to identify business impacts.
• Prepare memos, summaries, and briefings for executive leadership.
