Job summary

EVERSANA Life Sciences LLC in Overland Park seeks a Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) Coordinator responsible for managing the MLR processes ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies.

This role requires expertise in healthcare regulations, project management skills, and effective communication in both oral and written formats. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Life Sciences and be proficient in Veeva Vault systems.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare agency or pharmaceutical company.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end MLR process.
• Support Medical Affairs in developing project plans.
• Ensure materials comply with review process.
