Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst to ensure regulatory compliance, develop label information, and support product launches. You will monitor regulatory changes, provide guidance to cross-functional teams, and manage complex projects across US and Canada markets.

The role requires a scientific degree and extensive regulatory experience in consumer products, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific field required; MS preferred.
• At least 5 years in regulatory affairs for consumer products.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions.
• Strong ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Strong multitask project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate independently with flexibility.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communication and influence skills; external presence.
• Good knowledge of computer applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Access, Optiva, Genesis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product formulations and provide nutrition, ingredient and labeling content for US/Canada channels.
• Review and approve all product labeling for compliance with applicable laws and market authorizations.
• Review and approve formulations for USDA, FDA, Health Canada, CFIA compliance.
• Provide regulatory support for launches and labelings for consumer studies/claims.
• Ensure scientific support for all product claims to optimize labeling.
• Monitor regulatory environment and participate in industry associations.
• Inform internal and external customers about regulatory changes and initiatives.
• Support resolution of regulatory complaints under supervision of management.
• Identify and resolve regulatory issues pertaining to food labeling.
• Manage cross-functional projects delivering regulatory initiatives.
• Provide periodic updates to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
• Manage paper and electronic files and information systems.
• Support improvements to RA systems, processes, tools.
• Build liaisons across divisions on local and global levels.
