Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Senior Regulatory Scientist to lead global compliance for beverage products, including Organic, Kosher, Halal, and Non-GMO standards. You will partner with R&D, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure regulatory readiness from development through launch.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in regulatory affairs for beverages/juices/organic compliance
• Strong knowledge of Non-GMO Project Verified, USDA Organic, Halal, Kosher regulations
• Experience generating NFPs and ingredient declarations; labelling software proficiency

Responsibilities

• Regulatory compliance management for juice-based beverages across global, federal, and state regulations
• Support certification processes (USDA Organic, Kosher, Non-GMO Project Verified, Halal)
• Ensure labels meet FDA requirements including ingredients, nutrition facts, substantiations
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain to integrate regulatory needs
• Provide timely regulatory guidance and prepare documentation for internal teams and partners
• Respond to new market opportunities and regulatory changes in a fast-paced environment
