Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Scientist for its Research and Development team in Frisco, TX. You will support the product Innovation agenda and develop consumer-centric liquid beverages across platforms, focusing on powders and powdered drink mixes.

The role involves leading lab experiments, analyzing results, and collaborating with sensory, nutrition, regulatory, and marketing teams to commercialize ideas.

Qualifications

• BS in a related science field (Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineering).
• 4 years of experience in food/beverage R&D or related areas.
• Experience with powders and powdered drink mixes is desirable.
• Excellent written and presentation skills; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Leads bench-top experiments and develops prototypes for tastings and sensory testing.
• Applies technical principles to dissolution, dispersion, and flavor delivery in powders.
• Interprets test results and communicates findings through reports.
• Supports innovation platforms with nutritional claims and formulation implications.
• Manages multiple projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams.
