ENSTAR Natural Gas Company is seeking a Senior Regulatory Financial Analyst in Anchorage to join the Rates and Regulatory team. You will provide financial and economic analyses to support regulatory filings, pricing options, and planning, while developing models and supporting tariff revisions.

You will prepare testimony, reports, and tariff filings, and interact with regulatory authorities. Strong Excel and analytical skills, plus effective communication, are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and analytical skills for data evaluation and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for testimony and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects and timelines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical, financial and economic analysis to support regulatory objectives and pricing options.
• Update and develop models for regulatory filings and planning analyses.
• Prepare tariff provisions, filings, and testimony for regulatory commissions.
• Present expert testimony and support in cost of service and revenue determinations.
