ENSTAR Natural Gas Company in Anchorage is seeking a Senior Regulatory Financial Analyst to join the Rates and Regulatory group. You will analyze financial data, develop rate designs, and prepare filings and testimony for regulatory proceedings.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to strategy and compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required for financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for testimony and filings.
• Ability to manage multiple regulatory projects with tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative data evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical, financial and economic analysis to support regulatory objectives.
• Update and maintain models for regulatory filings and planning.
• Prepare tariff provisions, filings, letters, reports and testimony to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska.
• Present expert testimony and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced analysts.
