Job summary

The role requires an active Top Secret clearance and a proven background in records management or defense/high-tech environments.

You will verify documents for completeness and compliance, liaise with project managers and customers, and contribute to a robust total rewards

Qualifications

• An active Top Secret clearance is required for consideration.
• Knowledge of MS Office Products, (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Nuance PDF.
• Solid understanding of version control workflows and repository management.
• Experience with records management.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Management of the Technical and Program baseline.
• Administering the Program change control boards.
• Performing the formal release approval process for all controlled technical documents and data.
• Verifying documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinating CDRL deliveries with project managers and authors.
• Performing CDRL deliveries.
