Lockheed Martin in Colorado Springs seeks a Program Security Representative to support DoD industrial security programs and assist the Facility Security Officer with security management and compliance.

The role covers document control, security education, briefings, personnel security, investigations, crisis management, and developing security programs to protect classified material and export-controlled data.

Qualifications

• Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of CFR 32 Part 117 (NISPOM) and Industrial Security.

Responsibilities

• Support classified document control, security education, briefings and debriefings, personnel security management, and other tasks as required.
• Physical Security liaison for the facility, conduct investigations, crisis management, contract guard liaison, security integrator for service providers, and visitor control.
• Create presentations and training, write/develop/implement procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.
• Develop, administer, and audit security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data.
• Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies.
