Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Denver seeks an Experienced Program Protection Specialist with an Active Top Secret clearance to establish and lead the Program Protection division for a high-visibility program.

You will own all industrial-security activities, including DD‑254, SCGs, and CUI controls, and you will coordinate with leadership and customers to safeguard program information throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 5+ years of industrial security on large programs.
• Ability to build and lead a program protection function.
• Experience managing DD 254s, SCGs, and CUI controls.
• Familiarity with 32CFR 117, NISPOM, and DoD security requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to produce guidance and briefings for senior leadership and external customers.
• Ability to assess security risks, perform gap analyses, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Program Protection division for a large, high-visibility program.
• Own accountability for industrial-security activities including DD-254, SCGs, and CUI controls.
• Create, implement, and enforce Security Classification Guides (SCGs).
• Develop OPSEC planning, transportation security, and security CONOPs.
• Collaborate with program leadership, internal stakeholders, and external customers to safeguard program information throughout the lifecycle.
