Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Temporary Supervisor - Analytics Engineer to support large-scale regulatory reporting and analytics initiatives within financial services. You will build data pipelines, design data models, and enable audit-ready reporting in collaboration with risk, compliance and IT teams.

You will work in a role that blends data engineering, analytics, and governance, with a focus on accurate, timely regulatory submissions and executive reporting using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations and performance tuning.
• Experience ETL/ELT across multiple source systems.
• Dimensional data modeling and canonical data models experience.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Risk or Regulatory reporting.
• Strong data quality controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data acquisition, ingestion, and staging for regulatory reporting.
• Develop immutable historical data repository for prior periods and regulatory submissions.
• Design canonical data models and reference data structures.
• Maintain data lineage documentation and audit evidence.
• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit and technology stakeholders.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployments, and production support.
• Partner with reporting teams to develop datasets for Power BI.
