Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in Regulatory External Data Services to ensure accurate, complete, and timely external data filings. You will shape data governance and delivery practices, coordinating with business owners and cross-functional teams to meet regulatory obligations and enhance transparency.

You will guide product direction, manage day-to-day delivery, and help document change control processes while thriving in a collaborative, accountable team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, reporting, data analytics, or similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory data and external reporting services across the product lifecycle.
• Define product vision, prioritize features, and align delivery to business goals.
• Lead process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives for the product.
• Manage the product backlog and coordinate timely delivery of product and reporting requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights, reports, and recommendations.
• Partner with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business Owners to clarify data requirements and strengthen data quality.
• Serve as a reporting and data subject matter expert for banking operations such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small business products.
